The Grublist shared list mid-shop: produce and dairy items, some checked off, with recipe tags on each line

Three steps to a stocked fridge

1

Bring in your recipes

Paste a link from TikTok, Instagram, or any recipe site — or write your own. Your library builds itself.

2

Get one list

Ingredients land on your shared list, combined and organized. Toss in paper towels too.

3

Shop together

Split up in the store. Check things off as you grab them — every device syncs instantly.

Your recipes already live everywhere.
Bring them together.

Paste a link from a website, TikTok, or Instagram. Grublist reads it and turns it into a real recipe — ingredients, amounts, and steps — ready to plan, scale, and shop.

No retyping the family favorites into yet another app.

Plan big. Shop easy.

Grublist lives on your phone and in the browser — same account, same lists, live everywhere.

Do Sunday's planning on the laptop with a coffee, and walk into the store with nothing but your phone.

The shared note was never built for this!

One list line for onions showing it came from both the Green Curry and Tacos recipes

Two recipes, one line.

Tacos need onions. So does the curry. Grublist merges them into one item that remembers which recipe wanted what — nothing bought twice, nothing missed.

No more "did you get the milk?"

The list is live. When one of you checks something off, it's checked off — no texting from aisle five, no doubling back.

A month of meal plans laid out on the Grublist calendar

Plan your week. Or your weekend.

Lay out meals on a shared calendar for whatever stretch of days fits your life, and queue up the next run before this one's done.

Your lists become recipes.

Save a chunk of this week's list as a recipe and reuse it forever — your library builds itself out of what you actually cook.

Good meals start on the same page.

Invite your partner, roommate, or family with a six-character code. Everyone gets their own login; the recipes, meal plans, and grocery list stay shared — when one of you checks off an item or plans a meal, everyone sees it instantly.

Questions, answered

Does everyone in my household need a subscription?

No — one subscription covers the whole household. Invited members create their own free login and get full access through your plan.

Can I use Grublist without an iPhone?

Grublist runs on iPhone and in any modern browser with the same account and live-synced lists. There’s no Android app yet.

Can I import recipes I’ve saved elsewhere?

Yes — paste a link from a recipe website, TikTok, or Instagram and Grublist turns it into a structured recipe you can plan, scale, and shop.

What happens after the free trial?

After 14 days the trial converts to the plan you picked ($3.99/month or $24.99/year) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — subscriptions are billed through Apple and can be cancelled anytime in your Apple account settings. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

Can I use it on my own?

Absolutely. A household of one still gets recipe import, meal planning, and the organized grocery list — the sharing is there whenever you want it.

Can household members edit the same list?

Yes — everyone in the household can add items, check things off, plan meals, and edit recipes. Changes show up on every device in real time.

Dinner works better together.
